Designed for quilters comfortable with foundation paper piecing, Mini Bat Buddies includes master copies of each foundation paper template that can be duplicated as needed. The throw size uses 4 yards of background fabric, 4 yards of backing, and 5/8 yard of binding, while the crib size uses 2 yards of background fabric, 2 3/4 yards of backing, and 1/2 yard of binding, plus fabrics for the bats, branches, and moon. This pattern is a wonderful way to play with moody backgrounds, bold bat silhouettes, and bright accent colors for the faces and details. Please note that general foundation paper piecing instructions are not included.
