Shipping & Order Processing

Most orders ship from our facility in Cumming, Georgia, USA.

At Empenzo Americas, we work to deliver orders as quickly and safely as possible.

In-Stock Items

In-stock orders are generally processed within 3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Estimated Delivery Time

After processing, standard shipping within the United States generally takes 3–5 business days.

The estimated total delivery time for standard orders is therefore approximately 6–8 business days.

Delivery estimates may vary depending on the destination, product availability, carrier delays, weather conditions, oversized equipment, freight shipments, and other circumstances outside our control.

Special-Order Items

Some specialized sewing machine parts, discontinued products, machinery, and specially sourced items require supplier availability confirmation.

When additional lead time is required, we will provide an estimated shipping date. If an item is unavailable, the customer may accept the revised estimated date or cancel the affected item for a full refund.

Shipping Methods

We may ship through UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS, or another appropriate carrier depending on the order size, weight, destination, and service availability.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on package weight, size, destination, and the selected shipping service.

Free U.S. shipping is available on eligible orders of $99 or more. Oversized items, machinery, freight shipments, special handling items, certain special-order items, and other excluded products may not qualify. Applicable shipping charges and available shipping methods are shown at checkout.

Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed to the customer after the order has shipped.

International delivery times vary depending on the destination, carrier service, customs clearance, duties, taxes, and local delivery conditions.
