At Empenzo Americas, our priority is to ensure your equipment operates properly and reliably. Due to the nature of industrial machinery, most issues can be resolved quickly through technical guidance, replacement parts, or repair support.


Technical Support First Policy

If you experience an issue with your machine:

  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery
  • Provide photos and/or video of the issue
  • Keep all packaging materials

We will first evaluate the situation and may provide:

  • Technical troubleshooting guidance
  • Replacement parts
  • Repair assistance
  • Partial solution depending on the case

Full replacements are issued only when repair or parts support cannot resolve the issue.


Returns (Non-Defective Items)

Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify:

  • Item must be unused
  • Item must not be installed or put into operation
  • Original packaging must be retained
  • Return must be authorized in writing

All approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Return freight must be arranged and prepaid by the customer.

No returns will be accepted after 60 days under any circumstances.


Installed Equipment

Industrial sewing machines and equipment are not eligible for return once installed or operated.


Special Order & Custom Equipment

Custom-built, modified, sourced, or special-order equipment is non-returnable and non-refundable.


Used / Pre-Owned Machines

All used machines are sold as-is unless otherwise stated in writing.
They are not eligible for return unless damaged during transit.


Freight Damage

Visible freight damage must be noted at time of delivery and reported within 48 hours.
