 4. The setting/feeding device with infrared induction. The feeding device has heating function, which 
can remove the folding and printing of raw materials and make the finished product more beautiful. 
At the same time, infrared sensing is used to avoid deformation of the elastic belt due to excessive 
tension during the feeding process.
 5. Quick pause function when the machine is running, the pause function can be realized throught 
the control panel as needed, and the normal feeding will not be affected when the operation is resumed.
 6. The function of automatic overknoting, the elastic band can be automatically sensed and automatically 
eliminated when it is connected with staples and tapes, which can save materials and labor, and at the 
same time protect the cutter head.
 7. With disconnection, no bottom line automatic alarm and shutdown function. 
8. Receiving function, the quantity of each bundle can be set according to the needs, and the material 
is automatically received, which greatly improves the work efficiency.
 9. Intelligently control the length, reduce the uneven length of the measurement, and do not need to 
modify the length twice for one seting:
 10. Internet of things function, which can realize remote PLC program download and system update;
 11. Through the mobile phone APP, you can view the equipment data (working time, machine output, etc.), 
modify the parameters of the running status, etc., which greatly improves the efficiency of after-sales service.
