Return Request Period
Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
Eligibility for Return
Item must be unused.
Item must be uninstalled and not put into operation.
Original packaging must be retained.
Return Authorization
Do not return items without written approval from us.
Restocking Fee
All approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Return Shipping
Customer is responsible for arranging and prepaying return freight.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom, special-order, or sourced spare parts are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Return Deadline
No returns will be accepted after 60 days under any circumstances.
Freight Damage
Any visible freight damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
