Product Description
This double needle mattress overlock sewing machine is specially designed for heavy materials such as mattresses, foam fabrics, upholstery, and thick textile products.
The machine features a 5-thread overlock system with 27 mm overedge width and 21 mm needle distance, ensuring strong and durable seams for heavy-duty applications.
Equipped with an energy-saving servo motor, the machine provides smooth operation, reduced vibration, and efficient industrial performance.
The machine can handle extremely thick materials. Fabrics with sponge layers can be sewn up to 8 cm thickness without pressing, while other materials can reach 7 cm thickness without pressing. After pressing, the recommended thickness should be less than 1 cm.
Key components use high-quality original spare parts, including DLC coated needle bar and slider, which improve wear resistance and extend the machine’s service life.
The machine uses Groz-Beckert needles and features a high-precision machine body with professional paint spraying, similar to the finishing quality used by Yamato machines.
