Seiko Needle Bar Rock Frame (Part #10756)
Restore the precision and timing of your compound-feed system with the Seiko Needle Bar Rock Frame (Part #10756). This critical structural component is the backbone of the needle-feed mechanism for the Seiko LSW long-arm industrial series.
The needle bar rock frame (also known as the "vibrating" or "swing" frame) allows the needle to move in tandem with the feed dog, ensuring that multiple layers of heavy material stay perfectly aligned during the stitch cycle. In high-speed industrial environments, a worn or slightly warped rock frame can lead to "needle deflection," causing skipped stitches, broken needles, or uneven seam lengths. This Seiko part is manufactured from high-grade cast alloy to provide the rigidity and "zero-play" movement required for professional production.
