Skala is a delicate, smooth, pliable, continuous filament polyester commonly used for blind hemming by professional manufacturers. Skala is also the perfect serger thread, ideal for hand stitching and can be used in the bobbin for embroidery projects. This hair-like, semi-translucent thread is available in Tex 8 (U-81) that is perfect for light-weight fabrics. Once sewn, the result is a flat, soft edge that shows no impression after pressing. Available in a variety of colors and sizes. Looking for Standard White? We recommend 800. Choose 000 for Standard Black.
