The Kai 7300 Professional Shear is made of a high carbon, hardened stainless steel, allowing for a steeper cutting angle and a sharper, finer edge. The addition of carbon allows the finer edge to last longer, extending the cutting life of the shears. The use of carbon as well provides shears the ability to easily cut through thicker, more difficult fabrics and fabrics with multiple layers. Shears are considered an ideal length for upholstery projects.
