The JUKI MO-6814S Serger is a high-performance 4-thread industrial overlock machine designed for versatility and speed, operating at up to 7,000 stitches per minute. It uses a 2-needle overlock stitch (514 style in the U.S.) and features a stitch length range of 0.6 to 3.8 mm (up to 4.5 mm) with a 2.0 mm needle gauge. Its differential feed allows a gathering ratio up to 1:4 and a stretching ratio up to 1:0.6, making it suitable for light- to heavy-weight materials. Over edging width options include 1.5 mm and 4.0 mm, with additional widths available on the MO-6843S variant. The machine includes a needle and looper thread take-up system for consistent, soft seams that adapt to material elasticity. Enhanced with a brighter, wider needle entry and low vibration design, it improves operator ease and comfort. Front-facing adjustments for feed and dog height offer precise control for optimal stitching results.
