This adhesive backed stabilizer sticks to fabrics with minimal adhesive transfer to garment or needle. You can use this tacky stabilizer in a variety of situations. You will find it particularly useful for items that are too small or difficult to hoop such as collars, baby items, blankets and napkin corners. Excellent for hard to hoop fabrics such as velvet, satin, leather, velveteen and ultra-suede. This is a popular choice for fabrics that suffer from impressions left after hooping.
