How to Use:

• Cut the Stabilizer:Cut a piece large enough to fit your hoop, with at least 1” extra on all four sides.
• Prepare the Stabilizer: Hoop the stabilizer with the paper side facing up.
• Expose the Adhesive Surface: Lightly score an “X” across the paper backing using a pin or needle—be careful not to pierce the adhesive layer. Peel back the paper to reveal the sticky surface.
• Position the Fabric: Place your fabric or item right side up on the exposed adhesive. Smooth into place gently.
• For Yarn or Ribbon Scarves: Arrange yarns or ribbons on the adhesive surface, then cover with a water-soluble film to secure before stitching.
• Complete the Embroidery: Stitch as usual.
• Remove Excess Stabilizer: Carefully cut away excess stabilizer from around the design.
• Dissolve the Stabilizer: Submerge the piece in warm to hot water. Gently move it around for at least 10 minutes to dissolve the stabilizer completely.
• Rinse Thoroughly: Rinse in very warm water to remove all remaining residue. Repeat as needed for dense designs or thicker fabrics. For hard water, consider using a softener or distilled water.
• Dry the Item:Lay flat to dry fully before use or further handling.
