Pfaff® Fuse-On Light & Soft Stabilizer – 12" x 10 yds offers gentle, fusible support for delicate and lightweight fabrics—without adding bulk or stiffness. This soft tricot stabilizer is designed to preserve the natural drape and feel of your material while providing the right amount of structure for light to medium stitch count designs. Ideal for baby knits, sheer fabrics, or as a protective layer on the wrong side of rough or scratchy textiles, it helps improve both embroidery quality and wearer comfort.

Whether you're stabilizing fine garments or backing embroidery to prevent skin irritation, Pfaff® Light & Soft Fuse-On is your go-to for soft, flexible backing that enhances embroidery without compromising comfort or fabric flow—perfect for fine garments, children's wear, and delicate textiles that deserve a light touch.

How to Use:

  • Prepare the Stabilizer: Cut a piece of Pfaff® Light & Soft Fuse-On slightly larger than the area you plan to embroider.
  • Apply Before Hooping: Position the stabilizer on the back of the fabric, over the embroidery area, before hooping.
  • Fuse with an Iron: Set your iron to a medium heat setting. Press firmly to fuse the stabilizer in place. Avoid excessive heat or prolonged exposure to protect delicate fabrics.
  • Embroider the Design: Proceed with your embroidery as usual.
  • Remove Excess Stabilizer: After embroidery, remove the fabric from the hoop. Gently peel back the stabilizer, leaving a ¼” margin around the design, and trim away the excess.
