Pfaff® Tear-A-Way Light Stabilizer – 15" x 25 yds is perfectly suited for light stitch count embroidery such as Redwork, outline designs, and delicate decorative stitching. This lightweight stabilizer offers just the right amount of support to keep your fabric steady without adding bulk, ensuring your stitches stay crisp and clean. It's ideal for use with woven fabrics and other stable materials, and it tears away easily after stitching, leaving minimal residue behind.

Need extra stability? Layer up to three sheets of Pfaff® Tear-A-Way Light in the hoop for added support—without compromising the flexibility or finish of your project. This generous 25-yard roll gives you ample material for a wide range of embroidery tasks.

How to Use:
  • Cut the Stabilizer: Cut a piece of Pfaff® Tear-A-Way Light large enough to extend at least 1" beyond all sides of your hoop.
  • Position the Stabilizer: Place the stabilizer on the wrong side of your fabric to reinforce the embroidery area.
  • Hoop the Fabric and Stabilizer Together: Secure both layers in the hoop, making sure they're flat and evenly aligned.
  • Tighten the Hoop: Pull the fabric and stabilizer taut, but avoid overstretching to maintain proper tension.
  • Stitch the Embroidery: Proceed with your design as usual.
  • Remove Excess Stabilizer: Gently tear away the excess stabilizer around the stitched design, leaving clean edges.
Pfaff® Tear-A-Way Light Stabilizer offers temporary, fuss-free backing that supports your embroidery while making removal simple and clean—perfect for achieving professional-quality results on lightweight projects
