Pfaff® Tear-A-Way Sticky Stabilizer – 12" x 10 yds offers a secure, adhesive-backed solution for hoop-less embroidery on tricky fabrics and hard-to-hoop items. With a strong, tacky surface, this stabilizer firmly holds materials in place during stitching, reducing slipping and distortion. Ideal for collars, cuffs, pockets, and other small or structured items, it eliminates the need for sprays or glues. The adhesive side is protected by a paper layer that peels away when you're ready to use it—keeping the surface clean until needed.

Pfaff® Tear-A-Way Sticky is also perfect for thicker and more challenging fabrics like canvas, denim, leather, vinyl, and structured accessories such as hat brims, purse straps, and pant legs. It offers temporary yet reliable support and clean removal, making precise embroidery possible on even the most awkward placements.

Recommended Use:
Perfect for thick or structured materials such as canvas, vinyl, leather, and denim, as well as detailed areas like belts, collars, cuffs, purse straps, and pant legs. This stabilizer ensures fabrics stay firmly in place—without shifting during stitching.

How to Use:

• Cut the Stabilizer: Cut a piece of Pfaff® Tear-A-Way Sticky at least 1" larger than your hoop size.
• Prepare the Stabilizer: Place it on a flat surface with the paper-covered adhesive side facing up.
• Score the Paper Layer: Use a pin or needle to lightly score an "X" across the paper, corner to corner—be careful not to puncture the adhesive beneath.
• Expose the Adhesive: Gently peel back the paper to reveal the sticky surface underneath.
• Position the Hoop and Fabric: Place the outer hoop ring directly on the adhesive area—no inner hoop needed. Then press the wrong side of your fabric onto the exposed adhesive in the area to be embroidered. You can reposition slightly if needed, though excessive movement may reduce the adhesive strength.
