Perfect for hooping 1–2 layers depending on your design’s stitch count and density, Pfaff® Tear-A-Way Wide Stabilizer is an excellent choice for woven fabrics and other stable materials that benefit from temporary reinforcement.
How to Use:
- Cut the Stabilizer: Cut a piece large enough to extend at least 1" beyond all sides of the hoop.
- Position the Stabilizer: Place the stabilizer against the wrong side of the fabric in the area to be embroidered.
- Hoop the Fabric and Stabilizer Together: Secure both in the hoop, ensuring a smooth, taut fit without stretching the fabric.
- Stitch the Embroidery: Proceed with your embroidery design as usual.
- Remove Excess Stabilizer: Carefully tear away the stabilizer close to the design, leaving clean edges and minimal fiber residue.
