Main function flow of the equipment:
1. Manually put the clothing into the left first section of the belt, and arrange the clothing, tag, etc.
(feeding belt partially completed)
2. Press the start button, and the device will start automatically, and the clothing will flow from the lead-in belt
to the left-right folding. (washboard mechanism completed)
3. Vertical folding (stack length, width, customer can adjust). (longitudinal flap mechanism completed)
4. After (rubbing) folding, the garment is sent to the third belt and transferred for bagging.
(there will be a preloading process before bagging thick clothes, which is completed by Preloading Mechanism)
5. After bagging, the discharge belt sends the finished product to the hot cutting section.
(bagging mechanism completed)
6. After reaching the hot position, the hot mechanism starts to work. (completed by the organization)
7. The finished products that are packed and hot cut into the box. (belt line in hot cutting mechanism completed)
