We are not responsible for incompatibility issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Custom-selected, special-order, or sourced spare parts (including items procured specifically based on customer request) are non-returnable and non-refundable.
3. Add Pre-Shipment Confirmation
Upon request, we may provide compatibility confirmation based on customer-provided details. Final responsibility remains with the customer to verify machine specifications before installation.
