An SES Schmetz needle is considered a light ball point needle. It is slightly more pointed than a SUK needle and is recommended for light-to-medium knits, medium woven fabrics, and jersey materials. Schmetz ball point serger overlock needles feature a more rounded tip and prevent cutting of fabric, snagging and large pin holes (good for knits). Available in a variety of sizes. 10 per package.
