Make embroidery clean and simple with the Singer Tear-A-Way Black Stabilizer. Measuring 12" wide by 5 yards long, this crisp, medium-weight stabilizer provides the perfect balance of support and convenience. It's easy to hoop one or two layers, depending on your stitch count or fill density, which keeps your fabric stable during embroidery. The firm texture makes tearing away quick and clean, leaving minimal residue around your stitches for a polished finish. Ideal for dark fabrics, this stabilizer is a must-have for neat, professional-looking embroidery results.
How to Use:
- Cut the Stabilizer Cut a piece of stabilizer large enough for your embroidery hoop. Be sure it extends at least 1" beyond the hoop on all four sides.
- Hoop the Fabric and Stabilizer Together Place the stabilizer against the wrong side of your fabric. Hoop the fabric and stabilizer together, tightening the hoop evenly without distorting the fabric.
- Stitch the Embroidery Stitch your embroidery design as usual.
- Remove Excess Stabilizer When finished, gently tear away the excess stabilizer from around the design.
