Measuring 12" wide and 10 yards long, this medium-weight stabilizer gives your fabric the support it needs while still being easy to remove. Hoop one or two layers, depending on your stitch count or fill density, to maintain a stable and distortion-free design during stitching. Once your embroidery is complete, the stabilizer tears away effortlessly, leaving little to no residue around your stitches. Perfect for a wide range of projects, this Tear-A-Way stabilizer is a must-have for anyone who wants smooth, polished results without the hassle.
How to Use:
- Cut the Stabilizer Cut a piece of Tear-A-Way stabilizer large enough for your embroidery hoop, allowing at least 1" of extra stabilizer on all four sides.
- Hoop the Fabric and Stabilizer Together Place the stabilizer against the wrong side of your fabric. Hoop the fabric and stabilizer together, tightening the hoop evenly to keep both layers smooth and secure.
- Stitch the Embroidery Stitch your embroidery design as usual.
- Remove Excess Stabilizer When finished, gently tear away the excess stabilizer from around the stitches.
