Custom multi-needle gauge set designed for industrial waistband attaching, jeans waistband and denim sewing applications.

Available in multiple precision needle-spacing configurations for waistband sewing systems using feed dog feed or needle feed mechanisms.

Custom Gauge Orders

For custom gauge sets, provide the complete needle-to-needle spacing configuration rather than only the overall gauge width.

Example:

1/8" – 1/8" – 1" – 1/8" – 1/8"

For custom orders, provide:

• Machine model
• Number of needles
• Exact needle-to-needle spacing
• Feed system, if known
• Photo of the existing gauge set, if available

Important

Gauge configuration and machine compatibility must be confirmed before ordering.

Custom and special-order gauge sets cannot be cancelled or returned once production begins.

Most in-stock orders are processed within 3 business days, Monday through Friday. Special-order and non-stock items may require additional handling time

We ship from our Georgia, USA warehouse. If an item is temporarily unavailable in the U.S., we source it through our global supplier network and will notify you of the estimated lead time.

Free shipping is available on U.S. orders over $99.
