Damaged Products
If your order arrives with visible damage to the packaging or product, please take clear photos of the damage and notify us within 3 days of delivery. Once the damage is verified, we will promptly send a replacement part or panel at no additional cost.
Order Cancellation
We understand that plans may change. If you need to cancel an order after it has been placed, please be aware that a non-refundable processing fee of 2–3% will apply. This fee covers the transaction costs charged by our payment processor, which are not recoverable.

Due to their specialized nature, custom-made items and sewing machines are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. These products are built or configured to your specifications and cannot be restocked.
